I finished Richard Russo's "Empire Falls" which turned out to be the second best book I've read this semester. Not as good as "Underworld" but better than "Blonde". "Empire Falls" is tremendously well-written and would make a great movie I think. It's funny, exciting and near the end it does a 180 and surprises its reader completely. Get it now!

I got my very first parking ticket yesterday. No better way to spend 510 kroner that I can think of. It is, however, entirely my own fault as I parked in 30 minute zone and left my car there for little over an hour. Ah well, learning the hard way I guess.
